Your Body – place of Knowing

We are mainly living in the state of disturbance and, programmed & unconscious relation to our bodies, that lead us to disconnection with ourselves & others, with nature and Earth, with our cosmic origin. The long history of neglecting the body - seeing it through narrow lenses of religions & patriarchy, Cartesian dualistic view and materialistic science, and an outward oriented, fast pace, rationalized and technology-based culture - led to the estrangement from our very nature. Alienated from the body and its messages, we live in misunderstanding of its deeper meaning and ultimately disempowered in our humanness and disconnected to our souls.

We are now facing an intense time of change, and if we aim for the better, the way through the body, through embodiment of the heart consciousness & connection to Earth, is our necessity.

Labs I offer are created as a guidance which aims to bring you deeper to your body and to the consciousness of your own vital energy that lives inside. To question the habitual actions and perceptions that prevail in our lives and to activate the dormant potential of “fully living” in your body. To sense the body as a place where the awareness of “knowing yourself” reside. And through conscious movements and dance, stillness and presence, to explore its liberating expressions and arrive to more awaken state.

From opening perspective to our cosmic origin and connection to Earth, understanding our body energy centers and emotional inner life that speaks through the body, way through facing the pain and discomfort from social and cultural suppression of body intelligence, … and other themes - we explore them in the Labs, to find healing, understanding & awakening to more of our true nature. While consciously inhabiting the body, it guides us to the soul and that process brings the liberating knowing and meaningful creative expressions.

Becoming your own self-laboratory, in intimate experiencing of the body from within, you are opening to the awakening & healing process of your own, of others and that of the Earth!
